We are seeking an exceptional Sales Leader who will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy to accomplish sales goals and company objectives in a new subsidiary. The Director of Sales will be a key member of the executive team and will be responsible for P&L. This individual will initially perform sales and marketing activities, customer visits, quoting, and follow-up, while building and leading a team of sales and technical support engineers.
  • Develop potential customers in the Illumination and Lighting Industry and build the sales system according to the marketing strategies and overall planning of the company;
  • Provide frequent communication with potential customers to create awareness of the company's capabilities and assist in building the brand;
  • Establish, track and achieve sales revenue goals based on the sales plan;
  • Maintain customer relationships with customers and coordinate/resolve customer issues;
  • Report sales results, forecasts, and issues on a regular basis to company management;
  • Lead the execution, monitoring and measurement of pricing strategy and P&L;
  • Assist in the establishment of a subsidiary corporation in US and manage the daily business effectively.

  • BS degree in Optics, Physics or Engineering;
  • Minimum of 10 years sales experience in lighting, optics, electronics or relevant industry, ideally with light test and measurement instruments;
  • A proven track record of growth;
  • Excellent marketing analysis, sales planning and marketing promotion skills;
  • Superior management, interpersonal, written and presentation skills;
  • Ability to work in a high growth and fast changing environment.
